+ Add compatibility to new model video cards
+ Upgrade ACML dll files to fix a crash issue on machines w/ a new CPU and Windows 8.1
+ Add ONIParser.exe, which can parse ONI files into different formats
+ Add scanner
+ The entire system passed test on three machines with various settings:
    * Intel i7 930 CPU 2.8GHz, 16GB RAM, GeForce GTX 580, Windows 7
    * Intel i7 960 CPU 3.2GHz, 24GB RAM, GeForce GTX 690, Windows 7
    * Intel i7-5960X 3GHz, 32GB RAM, GeForce GTX Titan X, Windows 8.1
